In the case of replacement, the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction.
Any return of products is accepted if:
- The product is in its original state.
- The packaging of the products has not been opened or opened.
- The product is not dirty or damaged.
Return of the wrong product
If the product delivered to you is not the product of your order you can contact us within 3 days of receipt by phone at +357 96835828 or send us an email to email@example.com with photo material, in order to schedule the delivery of the wrong product at the expense of our online store www.locanatura.com and to agree on the delivery of the correct product you ordered (including shipping costs).
Return of the intact product
The customer is entitled to return the product purchased within 5 calendar days of the date of purchase indicated on the receipt or invoice and shall bear the cost of returning the goods back to their original condition.
