All discounts/promotions are announced via our social channels and newsletter. Please subscribe to our newsletter if you haven't already so that you can be kept up to date and receive subscriber exclusive deals.
We always offer free shipping on orders over €100.
SHIPPING
How long will it take to get my order?
Cyprus orders will be sent within 2-4 working days and Greece orders will be sent within 5-7 working days by our third-party shipping company.
Please kindly note, that delivery times may vary differently due to the global Covid-19 delivery crisis.
What carriers do you use?
For Cyprus and Greece, we ship via Primewell Courier and we deliver to your door.
Do you ship products outside Cyprus?
Yes we do! Please note that currently our online store is only available for Cyprus but for other countries you can visit www-gr.com.
Are my orders tracked?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not provide you with a tracking number.

SUSTAINABILITY
Is the packaging made of sustainable materials?
We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment. All of our paper-based packaging is made of FSC-certified paper from sustainably managed forests; we work with materials such as glass, aluminum and recycled plastic instead of regular plastic; and we are continuously looking for ways to improve our packaging by working with more recycled, recyclable and biodegradable materials.
Where are the ingredients sourced?
Our key ingredients are sustainably sourced from the Best Gardens, where you meet the finest quality of 100% natural herbs, essential oils, vegetable oils, vitamines and extracts. Please read more about our ingretients on Our Ingredients page.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products, are handmade and manufactured in Nicosia, the capital of our beautiful island, Cyprus, where loca natura HQ are based as well.
Do you offer all-natural products?
All our products are made of pure natural and herbal materials, with the exception of beeswax oitments of course. Our beeswax oitments are 100% natural as they do not contain chemical substances but not vegan as the beeswax comes from the bee itself. We never communicate or promote our beeswax oitments to be 100% vegan. We do, however, promise that our products are created with all-natural, bee-sourced ingredients sustainably derived from the best bee gardens, which will benefit your skin. The decision to include certain ingredients in our formulas is based on our belief that the result and the function of a product are just as important as the ingredients.
Do loca natura products contain paraben, sulfate, synthetic fragrance, and phthalate-free?
Yes! All of our products meet the highest quality in avoiding un-natural additives. We pride ourselves in our wholesome, simple approach to beauty. Only the natural things here!
Do you test on animals?
No! We love our furry friends and would never test on animals. All our products are tested on humans only and are cruelty-free!! Please read more about our believes in Our Values page.

My loca natura product didn’t work for me!
We’re sorry if you ever have an unfavorable experience with one of our products. It may take a while for your skin or hair to get used to our products, as they are 100% natural. We ask you to be patient for a while. We also recommend not using more than what we recommend. For instance, for the Goddees Glow Face Serum we recommend to apply a few drops (2-3) of the serum and massage gently, with upwards circular motion and for better results,to use it twice a day (morning/night).
I recently started using loca natura products and find that they don’t work well for me at all.
We’re sorry about your unfavorable experience with loca natura products. It may take some time for your skin or hair to get used to our products based on how they are formulated. We advise trying our products for a longer period of time because we truly believe they will improve the state of your skin or hair in the long-term. Also, when applying the Soft Feathers Hair Serum all you need to do is warm up a few drops (2-4) in the palm of your hand, and apply gently to the edges on dry or wet hair, for smooth and shiny hair. What is the shelf life of your products?
As our products do not contain any preservatives, most have a shelf life of 6 - 24 months. You can read the label of each specific product to find it's exact shelf life.
Where should I store your products?
Since our products are made with 100% natural oils and ingredients, keep all products at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Ensure that all products are kept away from children as well!
Can I return a product after my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to our health and safety regulations, we do not accept any products that have already been opened, or used and we do not refund for any purchased products.
Is it OK to use expired loca natura products?
That is up to your discretion. We don't recommend using expiredloca natura products as their benefits will get distroyed. We can only vouch for positive effects of non-expired products.
